Prom Policy

Dear Parent or Guardian,

 The policies below are specifically designed to help ensure your Teenager's prom night is both safe and enjoyable. We appreciate you assisting us in reviewing the following regulations with your son/daughter.

 1. All pickup and drop off locations must be predetermined and/or approved by the parent or guardian executing this agreement. Your chauffeur will be instructed to obtain approval from a parent or legal guardian in the event of any changes to the itinerary. A contact phone number must be provided to your chauffeur on or prior to the date of service in the event we have any questions.

2. The privacy divider in the limo will be locked open at all times.

3. Our policy regarding drugs and alcohol complies with the applicable laws in the State of California. The following are strictly prohibited in our vehicles and any violation thereof is subject to immediate termination of our service:

 * Consumption or possession of alcohol;

* Smoking and tobacco use (including e-cigs);

* Use or possession of illegal substance; 

* Intimate acts or indecent exposure; 

* Hanging out any portion of the body out the window;

* Vandalizing, damaging, staining, breaking any part of the vehicle (interior or exterior) as well as glasses and other items in or on the vehicle are prohibited and subject to additional charges for repairs/replacement of damages. If there is anything broken, a $100 minimum fee will apply. We also charge a cleaning fee of $500 for incidents such as vomiting or food spills. 

In the event of any violations of the above regulations, our chauffeur will immediately terminate the service and all passengers will be dropped off at the initial pickup point. No refund will be given and the total contract price will be charged. All deposits are non-refundable.

Famous City Limousine

City Tour Policy

This rental agreement is made between Famous City Limousine and Tour Guides/Tour Operators.

The customer is responsible for his/her guest and any damage to the interior, exterior and equipment on the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to gum, wine, and alcohol spillage, breakage of drinking glasses, lights, electronics, etc. Repair and replacement of damaged items shall have a minimum charge of at least $100. Customer that leave excessive trash inside the vehicle shall be subject to a minimum fee of $100 while incidents such as vomiting shall incur a cleaning fee of $250.

In the event of an accident or mechanical failure while on charter, the customer will not hold Famous City Limousine responsible for any financial responsibilities. If run starts late due to traffic, acts of nature, incorrect pickup or drop-off information, and any other adverse circumstances beyond our control, customer will not hold Famous City Limousine liable for any financial loss. We can make up lost or missed time at a mutually agreed date.

All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner and to adhere to the drivers’ suggestions as to the safety of all passengers in the vehicle as well as the well-being of the vehicle itself. Should the vehicle be in any danger, with or without the passenger(s) present, the driver reserves the right to vacate to a safe place outside or away from the vehicle. Customer agrees to a fee of $1,000 if the emergency exit on the roof is opened and is used for anything other than a true emergency and/or while the vehicle is moving and/or damage is caused to the emergency exit. 

Famous City Limousine does not and will not allow possession, sale, or consumption of narcotics or illegal drugs at any time. Violations will result in immediate termination of the contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service. Smoking is also not permitted in the vehicle. If violated, a fee of $150 for fumigation shall be charged to the customer.

Famous City Limousine reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions. Should such early termination of contract occurs, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded. In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Airport Transfer Policy

Complimentary Wait Policy

15 minute complimentary wait on all residential and office pick-ups

30 minute complimentary wait on all domestic arrivals from gate arrival time

60 minute complimentary wait on all international arrivals from gate arrival time

Additional Wait and Extra Stops

Additional wait time is billed in 5 minute increments at $1.00.

Deposits and Cancellations

Minimum deposit of 50% is required for reservation.

Cancellations within 15 days of the contract will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit amount.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the contract date are subject to the full deposit amount. No refunds apply.

No shows & Driver Onsite Cancellations

Subject to the full service plus any applicable wait time charges.

All deposits are applied towards total balance due.

 Liability, Fees and other Miscellaneous Policy

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. FCL will do its best to bring in replacement vehicle in order to complete the job.

FCL is not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100 for each carpet or seat burn or soiled from body fluids.

Sanitation fee is $250. Smoking is not allowed.

A fee of $1,000 will apply if the emergency roof exit was improperly used.

The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion) on the part of the client.

Standard Policy

This rental agreement is made between Famous City Limousine and the Customer/Passenger.

We have a minimum rental time of 4 hours beginning on Friday afternoon all through Sunday and a 72-hour cancellation policy. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of pre-arranged time. All deposits are non-refundable. We require a major credit card to process any and all reservations. Deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation with balance paid in full a day before the service date.
